With this app, we want to provide parents with a tool to support positive parenting behavior change. To accomplish change, parents need to rehearse and repeat the skills that Families First workshops provide. The app will not only support habit building but also provide community and knowledge, all geared towards the central goal of increasing parenting skills practice.
